Support Packages
Peace of mind comes as standard with all our support packages.
At i-TRUST, performing an ICT Health Check is a fundamental part of our service; understanding what equipment you have is as important as knowing what you do as an organisation. After the Health Check you will receive a report on the current status of your ICT equipment. We will then make recommendations if any improvements are needed to get the best out of your system, and bring all machines up to an acceptable standard, the ideal way for your organisation. i-TRUST will then offer you a no obligation support package that best fits your needs.
Our support packages incorporate onsite and telephone support, and in addition, i-TRUST will also help you develop an ICT Strategic Plan. There is a small charge for carrying out the ICT Health Check, but if you take up any of our support packages this fee is waived*.
We offer four key support packages:

STANDARD
GOLD
GOLD PLUS
We can also offer a BESPOKE package when our key support packages do not fit your organisation. Our BESPOKE packages are ideal for very small organisations and large organisations covering multiple sites.
If you only require help with your ITC equipment on an ad hoc basis, we also have a PAY AS YOU GO service.
