Just a note to say "Thank you" for such a prompt and efficient response to my telephone call. I must admit to being very surprised when you walked in the door, with a new monitor, less than 15 minutes after my call requesting assistance as our monitor appeared to have died!


As we don't currently have a service contract with you, we are doubly impressed with your response. We will be rectifying the contract situation very shortly and take great reassurance from the fact that such great service is obviously the norm and not just for those who already have a service agreement!
 
On Monday Andrew provided us with some IT advice and support. I was very impressed with his service and thought you might like to know that. His technical skills and knowledge are good - and he was able to diagnose a complex problem we had. On top of that he is able to explain technical matters in a very clear way. Plus he has a friendly, helpful manner.
 
Thanks for all your help today - you were fantastic as usual. Calm and resourceful to a T!
