i-TRUST is a UK online centre. We can help you to get to know ICT, provide you with computer facilities and internet access, ICT courses and advice. We can save you time and money by teaching you how to make the most of your computer so that you can, for example, learn how to contact your friends and family through the internet; help your children with their homework; find a better job; or even do your weekly shop online.

These free courses are organised into three main levels:

• Using: first and next steps
• Understanding: moving on courses
